The firm
Vistina Consulting is a Canberra-based management consultancy serving the Australian Federal Government. We were founded on a straightforward conviction: that government delivers better, at lower cost and with less risk, when programs are led with honesty, judgement and discipline rather than spin and self-interest.
Vistina is founder-led. Clients engage us for senior, partner-level expertise applied directly to their hardest problems, supported by trusted, experienced practitioners brought in as the work requires. It means accountability sits with the person you shook hands with, and the expertise you were promised is the expertise that turns up.
Leadership: Daniel Dimoski, Founder
Vistina was founded by Daniel Dimoski, and its approach reflects his experience. Over more than a decade, Daniel has worked alongside senior government executives (CIOs, SES officers and program directors) on complex ICT, data and digital transformation across the Commonwealth, often where the stakes and scrutiny were high.
The people he has worked with tend to describe the same qualities: clear judgement under pressure, the integrity to report honestly when it is difficult, and an ability to bring business and technology together and get a stalled program moving.
That experience runs deep: national transformation programs, the recovery of failing programs, and internal capabilities that agencies now run themselves.
